From preview to project

Make room for the outdoors.

Start with a clear photo, consider your layout, then bring your favourite finish into the real world.

  1. Give your space a clear view.

Photograph your patio or balcony in good light, with the floor clearly visible. A steady, sharp image and fewer objects on the ground help the AI understand the surface.

  2. Plan the surface.

Measure your space separately from the preview. Each box contains 11 tiles and covers 0.99 m² before cuts and layout allowances.

  3. Prepare a solid foundation.

A few things to know.

Helpful details for a clearer preview and an outdoor project planned with care.

Which outdoor spaces can I preview?

Use a photo of a patio, balcony or terrace with the floor in view. Clear lighting and a sharp image give the AI a better view of the space. Avoid blurry photos or views where furniture hides most of the surface.

How many boxes will I need?

Each tile measures 300 × 300 mm. A box contains 11 tiles, covering 0.99 m². Divide your measured area by 0.99 and round up to a whole box, then allow extra material for cuts and your chosen layout. The AI preview does not measure your space.

What should I check before installation?

The supporting surface should be firm, level and able to drain. Leave a 5 mm expansion gap around the perimeter. Check the full product specifications and installation instructions before ordering and fitting your tiles.

Will the installed surface look exactly like the preview?

AI previews are a design guide. Colour, pattern and tile scale can vary with the photo, lighting and your screen. Review the product photos, dimensions and installation instructions before ordering.
