Using Cavador
These terms apply to the CAVADOR website, shopping services and planning tools. Use them lawfully and provide accurate information. Keep account credentials secure, and do not interfere with the website, submit harmful content or access information that is not yours.
Products and orders
Review the product description, selling unit, dimensions, quantity, price and delivery details before ordering. Displayed availability can change. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law.
Colours and textures can vary with lighting, screens, natural materials and production batches. Use a physical sample where available, and confirm product suitability and installation requirements before purchase and installation. These variations do not remove your rights if goods are defective or do not match their description.
Planning tools and Cavador AI Vision
Calculators provide estimates based on the measurements and assumptions you enter. Check measurements, layout, waste allowance, coverage and selling units before ordering. Tools and AI previews do not replace a site assessment, installation guidance or professional advice appropriate to your project.
AI Vision previews and demonstration animations are illustrative. They may not reproduce exact colour, scale, geometry or installation details. When you add a photo and use AI Vision, choosing or changing finishes can start AI processing without another press of Generate. Our Privacy policy explains this processing and browser-saved looks.
Your photos, links and applications
Share only material you own or have permission to use, and avoid other people's private or sensitive information. You retain ownership of your content. You permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy policy to process it as needed to provide the preview, respond to your inquiry or review your application. We do not use your room photo for Cavador marketing without separate permission.
Trade applications must accurately describe your business and work. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, special pricing or availability. Any approved business arrangements are confirmed separately.
Website content and other services
Cavador website content, branding and original artwork belong to Cavador or their respective rights holders. You may use the website and its tools for your own shopping and project planning. Obtain permission before reproducing protected content for other purposes. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Policies, updates and your rights
Our Returns & refunds, Shipping & delivery and Privacy policies explain those parts of the service. The Privacy policy governs how personal information is handled.
